Air freight moves your documents on the next available service, clearing as low-value paper rather than commercial goods, so they arrive in days. When a relative needs a certified document for a school, a court date, a bank or an embassy appointment, speed and tracking are the whole point — that's what this service is built for.

We collect from any UK address into our Dagenham depot, ship by air, and deliver to the recipient's door across around 45 African countries — with tracking so both sender and recipient know where the documents are. Need them collected at the other end instead of delivered? That works too. Reverse shipments (Africa to UK) are available for documents as well.

Personal and legal documents are generally low- or zero-rated and clear quickly, but some countries treat certain papers (commercial contracts, anything of declared value) differently and may ask for an explanation of contents. As an HMRC Customs Authorised, EORI-registered forwarder, we complete the UK paperwork correctly so your documents aren't held over a labelling technicality.
