Cars and van loaded into a 20ft shipping container for export to West Africa

Full container (FCL) — 20ft and 40ft

A full container load (FCL) gives you a dedicated 20ft or 40ft container — the best value once you're moving a complete household, a car plus effects, or commercial volume. You load it, we ship it, clear it and deliver it. Container shipping is quoted POA (price on application) because the rate depends on the route, the volume and the goods. Send your inventory and destination for a figure.

FCL vs LCL groupage

If you don't fill a whole container, LCL/groupage lets you share container space and pay only for the portion you use — our £70/bag sea pricing — ideal for a few barrels, boxes or items of furniture. Once you're moving a household, a vehicle or commercial stock, a full container is usually the cheaper route per unit. Tell us what you're sending and we'll recommend the better option.

What goes in container

Full household removals, furniture and white goods, a car plus personal effects, commercial stock, machinery and building materials. Containers suit anything bulky, heavy or high-volume. For relocations, a car can travel in the same container as the household effects — often the most economical way to move both.

Customs and documentation

As an HMRC Customs Authorised, EORI-registered forwarder we prepare the UK-side documents and coordinate clearance at destination — including the corridor-specific paperwork such as Nigeria's Form M and SONCAP, Ghana's ICUMS, and ECTN tracking notes for West and Central African routes — so your container isn't held at the port.

Door-to-door from Dagenham

We collect and consolidate at our Dagenham depot, ship the container, clear customs and deliver to the destination address across around 45 African countries. Pan-African specialists since 2007, all-in GBP, with no surprise charges at the African end.
