Yes — free nationwide collection from any UK address into our Dagenham depot, then air or sea to Africa. You can also drop off with us.

Door-to-door. We collect in the UK, ship, clear customs, and deliver to the recipient's door — not just port-to-port like many rivals.

Air freight typically arrives in a few working days; sea cargo generally takes 4–6 weeks to coastal countries, a little longer for landlocked destinations served via a transit port. We give a realistic window with every quote.

Yes. We are HMRC Customs Authorised and EORI registered, and prepare destination paperwork — Form M and SONCAP for Nigeria, the CTN for Ghana, ECTN/BSC for West Africa, FERI for DR Congo and more — so your cargo isn't held.

No. Cargo prices are all-in in GBP with no charges billed to your family at the African end. A £20 handling charge applies. Car prices are port-to-port and exclude clearing, haulage and marine insurance unless you ask for a door-to-door quote.

Yes — cars, vans and SUVs by RoRo or container, UK → Africa only. Non-runner vehicles are not permitted via RoRo. See car shipping prices by country on our rates page.
